A local clean energy provider needed to renovate an existing building on Charlottesville’s downtown mall for their new office location. The new work provides a strong street-front presence and an open light-filled interior for the young, fast-growing company. The renovation included two separate spaces – a former restaurant and a tech office that was transformed into one connected space and established a welcoming entry sequence. A thoughtfully detailed lobby includes a re-purposed welcome desk from their former office and built-in planters. A mahogany restaurant bar top was re-purposed as the main conference table. The new space allows for connection and collaboration among its employees for a healthy and productive workspace.

Design scope included interior architecture, finishes, and furniture specifications.
