THE CENTER AT BELVEDERE*
The Center at Belvedere, a community center for aging adults, is a welcoming environment that supports and encourages social engagement and well-being for a population that may become isolated later in life. The new facility was designed to encourage connectivity and provide abundant daylight for an uplifting and welcoming experience. The facilities include a wide range of programming, including art, music, fitness, and travel. The team used a simple building plan that connects users to the lush outdoor environment and to each other, and ultimately help build a sense of community. The team utilized modern detailing and materials to create a timeless feel for years to come. Design scope exterior and interior architecture.
