Franchising consultants Premium Service Brands were looking to establish a home base for their newly founded company and invest in a fresh and exciting workplace for their employees and clients. The project was located in an old industrial building in downtown Charlottesville. Modifications were primarily on the interior, including a new lobby, new private offices, lighting, and finishes. The team also specified all new furniture for their current and future staff. Challenges included maintaining the existing historic character of the building while integrating a modern aesthetic with furniture and finishes. The design allows occupants to experience a variety of types of spaces and provides a healthy and sustainable work place.
